Trump Keeps Costing Us More & More—How Much are You Willing to Pay to Keep Him Around?

As Americans continue to struggle with rising costs for gas, groceries, utilities, and housing, President Donald Trump is creating an economy increasingly strained by war spending, market instability, and massive government expenditures—all tied to his priorities.

Gas prices in all 50 states are now up 50% since Trump started his war on Iran. In some states, even more. The average price has nearly doubled, and is now $4.56, up from $2.98 before his war. (NBC News, Acious)

And his priorities are all about—him—not the people he is supposed to be caring for… us.

Your Financial Strain Is Not His Concern

Trump openly admitted that Americans’ financial hardship is not influencing his decisions regarding the Iran conflict. Reporters asked the president how much Americans’ financial situations were motivating him to negotiate a deal with Iran. Trump’s response quickly drew criticism, not to mention fear, from most American citizens, economists, and political commentators. (CBS News)

“Not even a little bit. I don’t think about Americans’ financial situation.”

If your jaw didn’t drop—it should.

That comment came as inflation climbed again and energy prices surged due to escalating tensions in the Middle East. Analysts and economists have repeatedly warned that instability involving Iran threatens global oil supplies and directly affects American consumers through higher fuel and transportation costs. This increases shipping costs nationwide, raising prices for gas, groceries, household items, and everyday necessities. Meanwhile, there is still no clearly defined public exit strategy for the ongoing conflict. The war continues costing billions while Americans face more mounting economic pressure at home. Trump Chooses Vanity Over You

While Trump tells Americans to tighten their budgets, unapologetically so, he continues to feed his desire for materialism with expensive and excessive vanity projects—rather than fiscal responsibility.

One of the most shocking and controversial projects is his elaborate expansion of the White House ballroom, which has an ever-increasing budget—now at $1 billion! Supposedly, Trump and private donors are funding most of the construction, though critics question both this and whether the true cost matches the cost reported by his administration. This is confounded by the fact that the administration is stating a modest budget increase from $200 million to $250 million, and yet, Trump requested $1 billion in government funding. Luckily, he was denied, for now… to be continued, in case he finds a way around this denial. (FactCheck.org, NBC News)

And then there is his massive 250-foot white stone arch with gold accents that will tower above the Lincoln Memorial and Arlington Cemetery in Virginia. This very elaborate structure features a gold-plated bronze Lady Liberty and two eagles, all with wings extended. This unusually decadent structure, officially named Independence Arch, but referred to as Arc de Trump, is expected to cost $100 million of taxpayers' money! (Axios, CBS News). Gasp!

Billionaires Don’t Feel the Hardships

Heaven has asked me to tell you that one of the reasons behind Trump’s blatant lack of care and concern for how the majority of Americans struggle, or will eventually, with financial hardships, is that he is a billionaire. He knows he will never personally experience the pain and suffering that financial hardships cause, nor will his family—who he helped make filthy rich, too.

Rising grocery bills do not determine whether he can comfortably live. Higher gas prices do not dictate his access to jobs, healthcare, housing, or childcare. But millions of Americans are struggling with those choices every day and feeling the negative effects.

Trump promised Americans economic relief and prosperity during his presidential campaign, but has not delivered. Instead, his false promises echo those of a shady salesman and a conman as he manically spends an exorbitant amount of money on his many unnecessary vanity projects—all while saying out loud that Americans’ financial struggles are not part of his agenda.

Every day that Trump and his allies indulge in his desire for excess, grandeur, and vanity, Americans are the ones who pay the price.

What You Do Matters

What are you going to do about this? If you support the extreme greed and vanity of a highly materialistic president—no doubt Karma will come for you in the form of not having something basic you need to survive, when you need it. But, if you use your courage and fight back and work to get rid of Trump—Karma will reward you with the goods you need.

Fight for America and yourself 🗽🇺🇸
