Judges: Where is Your Wisdom?

There has been a constant stream of legal cases involving Trump, either driven by his demands or by complaints about his abusive and unlawful conduct. Many of these cases have gone before judges who had both the authority and the responsibility to stop the harm and protect Americans. Shockingly, most have failed to do so. Whether motivated by political opportunity, fear, bias, or incompetence, too many judges have refused to use their judicial power to uphold justice or safeguard our democracy.
Sadly, instead of keeping Trump and his administration in check, they have allowed illegal and destructive behavior to continue.
A clear example is Minnesota’s request for court intervention when Governor Tim Walz sought protection from ICE agents who repeatedly committed acts of violence against civilians. ICE—groomed by Trump to function as his own personal police squad—has harmed and terrorized many using brutal tactics. These include killing two innocent people, abducting a child, illegally grabbing and detaining individuals without warrants, assaulting and harassing citizens, and using harsh and harmful methods such as chemical agents and flash bombs.
Yet the judge involved, Katherine Menendez of the U.S. District Court, chose not to shut down the violence. Instead, she allowed the mayhem to continue hurting people while she “reviewed” ICE’s tactics, which had already been exposed publicly across the media.
Like many other judges, she declined to use her power to protect Americans from a group of armed gunmen acting like Trump’s personal militia—ignoring the Constitution and breaking the law.
Judges are failing their oath. Their duty is to uphold the Constitution and protect Americans’ freedoms and liberties. Judges failing to do their jobs are complicit in the corruption and destruction harming Americans.
Judges who refuse to act ethically, responsibly, and honor their oath need to be removed from the bench.
God has asked me to bring this problem to light—especially to those judges who chose to bow to a tyrant rather than stop him.
The future is not a good one for judges who had the power to defend people in danger and deliberately chose not to.
